The Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme is the Australian Government's program connecting employers with a reliable workforce from the Pacific and Timor-Leste, offering both seasonal and long-term (up to four years) placements. It's a proven answer to labour shortages across a wide range of industries, including; agribusiness, hospitality & aged care.
We help employers to build their own team of PALM workers and reduce reliance on Labour Hire.
