Founder & Principal FCA | Registered Migration Agent | Chartered Accountant

Seamus Taaffe is the founder and CEO of Lorg Talent. He also founded AHWC Immigration Law, a trusted partner of Lorg. Seamus is a qualified chartered accountant and enjoys the synergy of the recruitment and immigration industries and how they can assist employers and job seekers alike.


In his spare time, Seamus is a fanatical Demons supporter who loves nothing more than barracking for his team at the MCG on game day.



MAGGIE TAAFE

Director | Principal Lawyer BA, LLB (Hons)

Maggie Taaffe is a highly experienced lawyer and Director of Lorg Talent. She is the Principal Lawyer at partner company AHWC Immigration Law, and has over 10 years’ experience in the field. Maggie completed her law degree at Deakin University, and she is passionate about helping employers find the right staff, as well as helping overseas recruits get Australian Visas.


In her spare time, Maggie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and travelling.


JOANNE CRUPI

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Joanne is a Senior Recruiter at LORG Talent with multiple years of experience in recruitment in the Construction, Infrastructure, Mining, Telecommunications, Energy, Automotive and Healthcare sectors. She has recruited across numerous sector for various level roles including private, public, NFP and government organisations.


She has completed a Bachelor of Commerce and is passionate about reducing Australian Skill Shortages through international recruitment. Outside of work you will find Joanne at the gym, trying new food spots and travelling.


MICHELLE ZEKERIA

Recruitment Consultant

Michelle is a dedicated Recruitment Consultant bringing extensive experience in international recruitment, specialising in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Serving clients across Australia with talent sourced globally, she has a proven track record in placing talent worldwide with her key clients. Michelle works closely with our immigration lawyers and agents ensuring a seamless recruitment process for both her clients and candidates. 



Michelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University, majoring in Human Resources. Her career is highlighted by extensive customer service and administrative experience, with strengths in client satisfaction through strategic placements and has a keen eye for identifying global talent that meets specific Australian employer needs.


Outside of work, you can find Michelle exploring Melbourne's many food and entertainment attractions with her fiancé and friends or spending quality time with her nephews with a good cup of coffee in hand.



Xiaodan (Amy) Wan

General Manager - Labour Agreement Division

Xiaodan is the General Manager of the Labour Agreements Division, recognised for her expertise and ethical guidance in Australian Immigration Law. With over 15 years of dedicated service in the migration industry spanning both China and Australia, Xiaodan specialses in Employer Sponsored visas and labor agreements.


Experienced in migrating herself from Beijing to Australia she understands the complexities involved. Her proficiency extends particularly to navigating the complexities of labor agreements, catering to clients in all industries. Xiaodan's strategic insights and meticulous approach prove invaluable in managing large-scale corporate migration projects.


Having successfully facilitated numerous labor agreements, Xiaodan possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies involved, particularly within sectors facing unique challenges. Her collaborative style fosters strong partnerships and alignment among stakeholders, consistently achieving positive outcomes for her clients. Xiaodan is fluent in English and Mandarin (and Shanghai Dialect).


Natalie Sioungas
