About the Opportunity
- Provide high-quality nursing care to elderly residents, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and deliver clinical care in line with best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to support residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Engage with residents and their families to provide compassionate support and effective communication.
About You
- Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA Registration.
- Experience in an aged care facility.
- Strong clinical skills with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
