About the Opportunity
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments to paediatrics in a clinical setting.
- Developing tailored therapy plans to support client needs.
- Provide evidence-based speech therapy interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare professionals, educators, and family members to ensure a holistic and client-centered approach.
- Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
- Educate clients, families, and caregivers on strategies to enhance communication and swallowing function.
About You
- Completed tertiary degree in Speech Therapy
- Currently registered with RCSLT, ASHA, SAC, CORU, NZSTA or SPA
- Proven experience working as a Speech Pathologist for 1+ year managing a diverse caseload
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
